The Living Water Family Bible Center Life Center was founded in 1987 by: Eld. Reuben Ellison. Eld. Reuben Ellison felt the leading of the Lord to start a ministry in the city of Taylor, WM.  After much prayer and fasting, the church was formed.

Through prayer, witnessing, fellowshipping, and outreach, the Living Water Family Bible Center Life Center has grown by leaps and bounds since its inception in 1987 under the leadership of Eld. Reuben Ellison. He is helped in the ministry by his wife Lizzette Ellison. They work tirelessly with the help of the assistant pastor, Elder Felton Justiss, and the other leaders of the church.

The church joined the Greater Buelahland Fellowship in 1989.  Under the leadership of Pastor Leol Jones Hall, through the Greater Buelahland Fellowship, WM; the church has flourished significantly through its programs.

The church has a number of ministries that help its members grow in Christ.  The church's leadership team and ministry staff members are well trained to minister to the members of Living Water Family Bible Center Life Center.
