The Maddox Memorial House of Rest was founded in 1988 by: Pastor Jonathon Ostrander. Pastor Jonathon Ostrander felt the leading of the Lord to start a ministry in the city of Hamilton, WM. After much prayer and fasting, the church was formed. Through prayer, witnessing, fellowshipping, and outreach, the Maddox Memorial House of Rest has grown by leaps and bounds since its inception in 1988 under the leadership of Pastor Jonathon Ostrander. He is helped in the ministry by his wife Inger Ostrander. They work tirelessly with the help of the assistant pastor, Elder Aurelio Fox, and the other leaders of the church. The church joined the Greater Buelahland Fellowship in 1990. Under the leadership of Pastor Leol Jones Hall, through the Greater Buelahland Fellowship, WM; the church has flourished significantly through its programs. The Maddox Memorial House of Rest is also a member of the Sons of the Ministry. The church has a number of ministries that help its members grow in Christ. The church's leadership team and ministry staff members are well trained to minister to the members of Maddox Memorial House of Rest. Our Mission Maddox Memorial House of Rest exists for the purpose of Proclaim the Gospel of Jesus the Christ and the beliefs of the Greater Buelahland Fellowship, to maintain the worship of God, and to inspire in all persons a love for our Lord Jesus the Christ.
